Sri K Manjappa was born and brought up in Harnahalli. He comes from goldsmith family and hence it becomes our family heritage. While growing up, Harnahalli K Manjappa involved himself in gold craftsmenship and learnt not only about the craft behind beautiful jewelleries but also started developing interest towards starting his own business.Soon the craft became his passion and a strong base to his business idea. His wife, Late Smt Gowramma also came from goldsmith family and was a huge support to HKM in this incredible journey.

Harnahalli K Manjappa & Co. is one of the oldest and most trusted brand in Malnad region with the experience of over 88 years in Gold and Silver business. The first store was opened in Harnahalli, Shivamogga district by the founder, Sri Harnahalli K Manjappa. Later, it was moved to Gandhi bazar Shivamogga district in the year 1962.Later, the store was shifted to "Basavasadana Complex", Nehru Road, Shivamogga and is still located in the same place.
At HKMC, we provide the best of handcrafted gold ornaments and silverware. We have a great team of in house craftsmen who designs both traditional and modern designs. HKMC is mainly customer centric.
